Nature & Journaling with Horses
Have you ever been curious about horses but never had the opportunity to spend time with them? Or perhaps you're looking for a different kind of afternoon, one that offers time outdoors, a chance to be in nature and to explore journaling with horses.
This three-hour experience invites you to discover horses at your own pace. We'll spend time around the horses, getting comfortable in their presence, observing their behaviour and learning a little about what makes them such fascinating animals.
There is no riding and no previous horse experience required. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
From the horses to the woods
After our time with the horses, we'll make our way into the woods for a short guided meditation and a quiet journaling session.
Surrounded by nature, you'll have an opportunity to pause, notice what's around you and reflect on your experience. Journaling prompts will help you get started, whether you're exploring your impressions of the horses, capturing observations or simply putting your thoughts on paper.
Please bring your journal and a pen for this part of the experience. You don't need to be an experienced writer. Curiosity is enough.
